Shipping Costs
Free Shipping for First-Time Customers
If this is your first order with Easy Home Order, shipping is completely free. No minimum purchase required. No code needed. Just checkout and we'll ship it free. It's our welcome gift to you.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
For all orders after your first one, shipping is free when your cart total reaches $100 or more. This discount applies automatically at checkout, so you don't need to do anything special. Just add what you need and if it hits $100, you're good to go.
Standard Shipping Rates
For orders under $100 (after your first order), standard shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and delivery location. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase. No surprises.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Standard Shipping
Most orders ship via standard ground shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days total. Here's how that breaks down:
We usually process and pack orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping takes about 3-5 business days depending on where you are. If you're closer to us, it might arrive sooner. If you're across the country, it might take the full time.
Business days means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. So if you order on a Thursday, we might not ship it until Monday, and then it travels from there.
Expedited Shipping
Need your storage solutions faster? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout:
Two-to-three-day shipping gets your order to you within 2-3 business days after it ships. Overnight shipping arrives the next business day after it ships. These options cost extra and the free shipping promotions don't apply to expedited methods. But sometimes you just need those drawer organizers before the in-laws visit, and we get it.
Processing Time
We work hard to get orders out quickly. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During busy seasons like holidays or major sales, processing might take a bit longer. If there's an unusual delay with your specific order, we'll let you know.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States. That's the lower 48 states for those keeping track.
We can ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes. Just keep in mind that larger items might not fit in a PO box, so a street address might work better for bulkier orders.
We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities, but for now, we're focused on serving US customers really well.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can click the tracking link to follow your package's journey from our warehouse to your door.
If you don't receive tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order, first check your spam folder. Email filters can be weird sometimes. If it's not there, contact us and we'll get you that information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Typos happen, but they can cause delivery problems.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can usually update the address. Once it's shipped, it's much harder to redirect, but we'll still try to help if we can.
We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to assist in tracking down your package.
Delivery Issues
Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you don't have it, first check around your property. Sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots or with neighbors.
If you still can't find it, contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and make it right.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the box and the damaged items before opening it completely. Contact us right away with those photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. You won't have to pay return shipping for damaged items.
Wrong Items
If we sent you the wrong item, we're really sorry. Contact us and we'll send the correct item and provide a return label for the wrong one. Our mistake, our responsibility.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or because delivery attempts failed, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment, but we'll discuss that with you before sending it again.
