Do I really get free shipping on my first order?

Yep, really! Your first order ships free no matter what you buy. No minimum purchase, no coupon codes to remember. Just add to cart and checkout. It's our way of saying welcome.

How does the $100+ free shipping work?

Simple. If your cart hits $100 or more, shipping is free. It happens automatically at checkout. This applies to every order after your first one. And honestly? It's pretty easy to hit $100 when you're organizing a whole room.

Can I use both free shipping offers?

Your first order is already free, so you don't need to worry about reaching $100. But here's the cool part – every order after that gets free shipping once you hit $100. So the savings keep coming.

Do I need to create an account to order?

Nope, you can checkout as a guest if you want. But having an account makes reordering super easy and lets you track your order history. Totally your call.

Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Usually about 5-7 business days total. We process orders within 1-2 days, then shipping takes about 3-5 days. You'll get tracking info via email so you can stalk your package like the rest of us do.

What if I need something faster?

We offer expedited shipping at checkout. There's 2-3 day and overnight options, though these do cost extra and aren't covered by the free shipping deal.

Do you ship everywhere?

We ship to all addresses in the continental US right now. Working on expanding, but for now it's the lower 48 states.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! Just keep in mind that really big items might not fit. If you're ordering large storage units or shelving, a street address might work better.

I messed up my shipping address. Help?

Contact us ASAP. If we haven't shipped it yet, we can usually fix it. Once it's out the door, it gets trickier, but we'll still try to help.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll get an email with tracking info once your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or give us a shout.

Returns and Exchanges

What's your return policy?

You've got 30 days from delivery to return something if it's not working out. Just needs to be unused and in the original packaging. We get it – sometimes things look different in person.

Who pays for return shipping?

If we sent you the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, we've got the shipping cost. If you just changed your mind, return shipping is on you. Fair?

Can I exchange something instead?

Sure! Just let us know what you want to swap it for and we'll walk you through it. Way easier than doing a return and then placing a new order.

How long until I get my refund?

We process refunds within 3-5 business days of getting your return. Then your bank takes another 5-10 days usually. We know waiting isn't fun, but we process our end quickly.

What if something arrives broken?

Ugh, we hate when that happens. Take some photos and email us right away. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Product Questions

Are your products good quality?

We think so! We only stock stuff we'd use ourselves. That said, different products are at different price points. We try to be really honest in our descriptions about what you're getting.

Do things come put together?

Depends on the item. Some arrive ready to go, others need simple assembly – like snapping pieces together. If something needs assembly, we say so in the description and include instructions.

How do I know what size to get?

Check the dimensions in the product description and measure your space first. Seriously, grab a tape measure. If you're still not sure, message us with your measurements and we'll help you figure it out.

Is everything in stock?

If you can add it to your cart, we've got it. If something's out of stock, the product page will say so. Things do sell out sometimes, but we restock popular items pretty regularly.

Can I request products you don't sell?

Please do! We actually love hearing what people are looking for. Can't promise we'll stock everything, but customer requests definitely influence what we add.

Orders and Changes

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us fast if you need to cancel. We ship pretty quickly, so there's a narrow window. Once it's shipped, you can't cancel, but you can return it when it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Plus PayPal and other digital payments. Whatever works for you.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We use secure encryption and don't store your full credit card info. Your security matters to us.

Will I get a receipt?

Yep, emailed to you right after you order. Save it for your records, or just ask us for another copy if you need one later.

Gift Orders

Can I send this to someone as a gift?

Totally! Just put their address as the shipping address. Add a note at checkout if you want to include a message. And don't worry – we won't include prices on the packing slip.

Do you have gift cards?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Sign up for our email list, and you'll know when they're available.

Email, phone, or the contact form on our website. We usually respond to emails within 24 hours on business days, often way faster. We're pretty responsive.

Do you have a physical store?

Nope, we're online only. It helps us keep costs down, which means better prices for you. Plus, shopping in your pajamas is way more comfortable anyway.
